About The Position

As a System Engineer, you will provide technical solutions in support of Department of Defense missions, evaluating and modernizing aircraft systems. You will translate customer needs and real-world requirements into technical specifications and customer-focused engineering solutions. The role offers opportunities to develop technical thinking and problem-solving skills, gain consulting experience, and help turn requirements into mission accomplishments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in aerospace.
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating and maintaining a schedule.
• Knowledge of web applications and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of product life cycle management processes.
• Ability to work confidently with and present to senior-ranking officials.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Top Secret clearance.
