About The Position

Prodigy One, LLC. is seeking a Systems Engineer with strong project management skills to support end-to-end data flows for the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) TTO. This role combines technical engineering and project oversight to design, implement, and manage scalable data pipelines across their full lifecycle. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with mission requirements, and oversee timelines, risks, and deliverables. They will play a key role in integrating systems, optimizing data workflows, and ensuring efficient, reliable data movement across enterprise environments. System Engineers will elicit and refine requirements, schedule work breakdown to deliverables, document artifacts and provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model. Candidates will form good customer relationships and reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and the data needs of the users. Candidates will have a good understanding of the customer data flow architecture and will work as a key contributor in an agile development environment.

Requirements

  • 14 years system engineering experience
  • Working knowledge of data collection and processing through analysis or data flow engineering
  • General understanding of how data is processed and the necessary steps to stand up a new data flow
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding the structures and relationships in national to tactical integration
  • Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL/AL2023)
  • AWS Expertise: Proven experience managing AWS environments
  • Data Flow Knowledge: Direct experience configuring and monitoring Apache Nifi or similar ETL/orchestration tools
