About The Position

This role provides operational and strategic leadership for the development, expansion, and integration of clinical services across UVMHN. The position offers operational and strategic support for the Care Delivery Optimization process and operationally supports Service Lines, Specialty Councils, and Network Departments. The director will develop productive working relationships with key physicians, practice supervisors, and management from the Medical Group and healthcare facilities across the Network to develop clinical programs that advance Care Delivery Optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years progressive experience in healthcare setting
• Experience implementing clinical programs in clinic and hospital settings
• Experience working with both administrative and clinical leadership
• Experience developing strategic plans for clinical programs and/or healthcare facilities
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to executive leadership

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree preferred (MBA, MHA, or other masters-level degree in pertinent fields)

• Work closely with these individuals to develop clinical programs that advance Care Delivery Optimization.
