The System Director of Hospitality Services provides strategic and operational leadership for St. Charles Health System’s hospitality service lines, including Environmental Services, Linen and Laundry, Food and Nutrition, Retail Food, and Volunteer Services across all campuses and outpatient locations. Accountable for systemwide strategy, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and service standards, this leader ensures exceptional patient and caregiver experiences. The System Director partners with executive, clinical, and operational leadership to align hospitality operations with organizational goals, while mentoring a high-performing management team to foster a unified culture of accountability and service excellence throughout the enterprise. The System Director oversees hospitality leadership across all locations, directly managing managers and supervisors.
