About The Position

The RN - Dialysis shall be responsible to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments. This individual shall coordinate, delegate, and provide direct nursing care for patients by working cooperatively with patients, family members, and all patient care team members. The RN is responsible for the general supervision and coordination of the activities of dialysis nursing personnel in order to ensure quality and continuity of patient care. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing required
  • Minimum 1 year nursing experience required
  • Active RN licensure required
  • BLS required
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
  • Strong team leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, Chemo, ONCC, etc.) may be required depending upon area assigned.
