Requirements

Bachelor's degree in UX design
Portfolio demonstrating good knowledge of UX and UI design.
Proficiency in design and prototype tools (Figma, Adobe, etc.)
Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning
Excellent communication skills with a passion for technology
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
Attention to detail and a passion for creating quality user experiences
No work experience in Canada required, but must have the authorization to work in Canada.
Must be actively enrolled in a post-secondary institution during the internship

Responsibilities

Design and maintain the company's Design System, including UI components, style libraries, templates and guidelines.
Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure consistent implementation of designs.
Collect and analyze user and stakeholder needs to inform and improve the Design System.
Perform user testing and UX research to validate concepts and design iterations.
Document Design System processes, standards and best practices to ensure clarity and consistency.
Help train and guide internal teams on the use of the Design System.
Stay up to date with trends and best practices in UX/UI design and systems design.
