About The Position

Exciting opportunity to work on innovative NAND Flash products for AI infrastructure. Develop next-generation products in the Emerging Technology Solutions group. This role involves Memory System Design for HBF-based products, managing and executing HBF stress tests, and verifying and characterizing HBF management algorithms on actual systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, or Master’s, in EE, ECE, E&I, VLSI, or other relevant field
• Knowledge of programming in high-level languages (e.g. C, C++, Python)

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of AI server hardware/software frameworks
• Knowledge of LLM algorithm
• Knowledge of Flash memory
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills, organizational capabilities, and collaborative and interpersonal skills
