This opportunity resides with Warfare Systems (WS), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems. HII works within our nation’s intelligence and cyber operations communities to defend our interests in cyberspace and anticipate emerging threats. Our capabilities in cybersecurity, network architecture, reverse engineering, software and hardware development uniquely enable us to support sensitive missions for the U.S. military and federal agency partners. HII Mission Technologies Division’s Fighters and Advanced Aircraft and Bombers Team seeks a junior-level System Cybersecurity Analyst/Engineer. The System Cybersecurity Analyst/Engineer is part of a Cyber team tasked with performing system cybersecurity analysis and risk mitigation for new aircraft systems, aircraft system modifications, and aircraft support equipment for the United States Air Force. This individual will be responsible for following Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes for weapon systems that will generate unclassified and classified data. As part of this process, the applicant will develop, coordinate, and maintain all documentation required for A&A packages in achieving an Interim Approval to Test and an Authority to Operate as required by the acquisition program.
