You will define the architecture for future products and optimize modem solutions for hardware implementation.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with background in signal processing and wireless communication
• Experience defining system and architecture for wireless communication chips
• Experience in wireless chips productization (from design to market deployment)
• Deep understanding of PHY RX and TX modem chains
• Understanding of implementation tradeoffs (power, area and performance) and ability to optimize algorithms for HW implementation
• Strong technical leadership skills
• Team Player with good communication skills
• Flexible, innovative thinker

Nice To Haves

• Experience with wireless communication standards (WiFi/BT/Cellular/UWB etc.)
• Knowledge in MIMO and OFDM/OFDMA
• Knowledge of RF
• Knowledge of the MAC layer

Responsibilities

• Research and define architecture for advanced communication standards.
• Define PHY System specifications and architecture for future solutions.
• Define low-power architecture.
• Work closely with the functional teams (Algorithm, HW/SW, RF, Validation, etc.), from early algorithm study to system validation.
• Participate in integration and testing of wireless system solutions, spanning embedded SW, HW and radio.
• Support customers engagement and product deployment.
