About The Position

As a member of Auditdata's Architecture Group, you will join a highly skilled engineering organization building enterprise-grade solutions for audiology clinic chains worldwide. You will shape integrations, domain boundaries, system design, and platform evolution across our SaaS product portfolio. Our tech stack includes .NET, React ecosystem, Azure Servises (AKS, Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure SQL Database).

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate architectural decisions to both leadership and engineering teams.
  • Experience with integration architectures (Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure Functions, REST APIs, Webhooks).
  • Practical knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design and Clean Architecture.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and diagrams (Miro, Lucid, C4, Event Catalog).
  • Comfortable in customer-facing technical discussions.
  • Strong background in Azure Cloud services.
  • Ability to enforce architectural standards through ADRs, reviews, and quality gates.
  • Familiarity with governance, audit logging, and proactive system health monitoring.
  • Ability to collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to align architecture with the roadmap and business vision.
  • Fluent English.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with MassTransit.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, or agent-based architectures (semantic search, intelligent document processing, workflow automation).
  • Azure Cloud certifications.
  • Strong understanding of security and compliance for medical or regulated data (HIPAA, GDPR).
  • .NET and React familiarity.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain Manage’s integration strategy (REST, Events, APIs, Data Feeds).
  • Design standard integration patterns — real-time (Event Hubs), on-demand (REST), hybrid workflows.
  • Lead technical workshops with customers and partners to gather requirements and define integration approaches.
  • Align integrations with domain boundaries, data contracts, and platform security standards.
  • Govern message contracts, event schemas, versioning strategy, and error-handling models.
  • Enforce security best practices (OAuth2, mTLS, Azure AD, Key Vault).
  • Oversee monitoring, observability, and integration reliability (tracking, retries, DLQs).
  • Serve as the technical consultant for assigned domains, ensuring architectural integrity and consistent domain boundaries.
  • Shape domain models and identify bounded contexts, aggregates, and integration points.
  • Define APIs and event contracts across microservices and cross-domain workflows.
  • Evaluate epics and initiatives for architectural feasibility and appropriate service ownership.
  • Support teams with high-level design, technology selection, and patterns.
  • Participate in architecture reviews and platform governance.
  • Coach teams on DDD, Clean Architecture, and best engineering practices.
  • Maintain architecture diagrams, specifications, interface documentation, and ADRs.
  • Design and own the architecture of a secure, performant, and cost-efficient multi-tenancy model.
  • Contribute to the long-term architecture vision and support the evolution of the platform strategy.
  • Participate in pre-sales work, technical scoping, and early-stage solution shaping.
  • Support troubleshooting and performance improvements for complex integrations or distributed system issues.

Benefits

  • Professional development opportunities, including certification support.
