About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced System Architect to lead the definition and architectural development of solid-state power device solutions for safety-critical systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive innovation at the intersection of power electronics, functional safety, and system integration. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping next-generation power electronics platforms by collaborating with cross-functional teams and OEM/ Tier 1 partners to deliver robust, scalable, and standards-compliant system architectures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of working closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)/ Tier 1, contributing to the definition and development of complex, system-level architectures. Requirements

  • Highly experienced System Architect
  • Deep technical expertise in power electronics, functional safety, and system integration
  • Strong track record of working closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)/ Tier 1
  • Experience in the definition and development of complex, system-level architectures
