System & Application Administrator Principal
About The Position
The Information Technology Services (ITS) Business Enablement department at MCCCD is looking for a dynamic Systems and Application Administrator Principal to manage its cloud and on-prem infrastructure technology. This team provides 24/7 support for the applications supported by the Business Enablement team. Through vendor engagement activities, project management, team leadership, system administration, and communication and collaboration, this role ensures continuous access and enhancement of MCCCD's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. This position also plays a lead role in infrastructure technology-related initiatives (e.g., migrations, upgrades, RFIs, RFPs, audits). The ideal candidate will possess project management skills and experience managing cloud infrastructure systems (e.g., OCI, AWS, and Azure) and applications (e.g., PeopleSoft, Dynamic Forms, and QLess). This role supervises staff and mentors junior team members.
