About The Position

Systems Analyst (Nexgrill Industries, Inc.; Chino, CA): Ensure the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system provides a platform for all regions/entities to operate under the same SOP (standard operating procedure). Provide guidance and leadership to impact process changes that will help the IT team improve service and delivery. Develop and maintain system documentation, including system requirements, design documents, process flows, intake requests, issue logs, and test plans. Review hardware needs and manage budget for upgrades and fixes. Create, test, and manage integration with logistics and order management. Manage integration documentation and work process flow. Collaborate with employees and department heads to determine system requirements to remain efficient. Build new systems that address and fix any issues shown in the current systems. Test and modify workflow changes for efficient transactional routing. Train users and create training documents on system workflows. Create analysis reports for any proposed upgrades. Document tested reports to confirm effectiveness for the business need. Assist in the development of sales forecasts and annual budgets. Track actual performance against forecasts and provide explanations for variations. Negotiate contracts with suppliers. Assess the performance of vendors. Ensure vendor compliance with company standards. Manage vendor billing and disbursements. Manage data systems. Ensure supply chain management (SCM) in inventory lifecycle costing (LCC). Ensure ERP product landed costs.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, ERP System Manager, CRM Consultant, or related field.
  • Must have experience with the following: Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
  • Overseeing Microsoft Dynamics Implementation projects
  • Power BI implementation, Relational Databases, Excel, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
  • SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) Specialized in View Creation and Alteration: expertise in designing, implementing, and modifying views to streamline complex queries, enhance data security, and ensure data consistency
  • Implementing and managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems to facilitate seamless data exchange between business partners
  • REST APIs for data communications and integration
  • Mapping the ERP system and enhancing business processes
  • Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Supply Chain Management: inventory LCC: optimizing and managing the financial aspects of inventory throughout its entire lifecycle to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • ERP product landed costs: calculating and managing the total landed cost of goods within ERP systems, ensuring accurate pricing, and cost control
  • Azure data management: managing and optimizing data solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies.
