About The Position

As a System Analyst at Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our internal systems. You will work closely with our IT team to analyze, design, and implement solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our systems are secure, reliable, and scalable to support our growing business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in system analysis and development
• Strong understanding of system development life cycle and project management methodologies
• Experience with database management and SQL
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Knowledge of system security protocols and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for system improvements
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for optimization and automation
• Design and develop new systems and enhancements to existing systems to meet business needs
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure systems are functioning properly
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Ensure the security and integrity of our systems by implementing and maintaining appropriate security protocols
• Provide technical support and training to end-users
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology to suggest new solutions and improvements for our systems
