About The Position

The System Analyst Technical Architecture role designs, supports, and improves enterprise technology solutions through architecture documentation, process workflows, compliance reviews, system monitoring, application support, and incident management. It requires software development and technical analysis experience, working knowledge of SQL and APIs, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence. Experience with .NET/C#, AI tools, or GenAI agents is a plus. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.
