This role leads administration of enterprise systems, including server management, system updates, and security compliance, and provides technical support and documentation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 4-year degree -OR- additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Ability to work onsite in Huntsville, AL
- Active SECRET clearance
- DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Certification (minimum Security+)
- Windows/Linux server administration
- Active Directory, virtualization
- System monitoring and patching
- Windows based components and devises (PC, laptops, thin clients, Zero Clients, printers, and Digital Senders).
Responsibilities
- Leads administration of enterprise systems, including server management, system updates, and security compliance.
- Provides technical support and documentation.
- Maintain systems configuration in compliance with the latest Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs).
- Install hardware and software and configure end-user PCs.
- Provide Tier I/II, hardware/software maintenance, configuration management and hands-on troubleshooting to resolve hardware/software problems.
