About The Position
We are looking for a Tier 3 System Administrator Lead responsible for ensuring the operational integrity, availability, and performance of enterprise server infrastructure across on-premises, virtual, and cloud environments.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Windows and Linux system administration
- Expertise in shell scripting / automation
- Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud)
- Proven Tier 3 support or senior infrastructure engineering experience
Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise server environments (Windows & Linux)
- Ensure system availability, performance, and security compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Tier 3 infrastructure issues
- Automate system tasks using scripting (Shell/PowerShell or similar)
- Support cloud and virtualization platforms
