About The Position

As a System Administrator & Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, security, and optimization of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, VPN connectivity, firewalls, cloud platforms, monitoring systems, and backup solutions. The role ensures infrastructure availability, performance, security, and business continuity while supporting ongoing operational and project requirements.

Requirements

  • BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
  • Experience with AD, Entra, Intune, AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, VoIP and FortiGate
  • Knowledge of MT4/MT5 trading platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Windows and Linux server environments, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management
  • Administer Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and cloud-based infrastructure services
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, switches, SIEM and Waaf security related systems and network connectivity
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure security controls and best practices, support vulnerability remediation and security hardening activities
  • Maintain and optimize infrastructure monitoring platforms, i.e. Zabbix
  • Proactively monitor infrastructure health, performance, and capacity
  • Investigate and resolve infrastructure alerts and incidents
  • Maintain system documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures
  • Monitor and validate backup operations and recovery procedures
  • Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution
  • Ensure backup systems meet business continuity requirements
  • Own and resolve escalated infrastructure-related incidents and service requests
  • Support infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and migration projects
  • Ensure system uptime, reliability, and operational stability
  • Participate in infrastructure change management processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and infrastructure optimization
  • Establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with vendors to ensure optimal service delivery and collaboration
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, contractual requirements, and smooth integration into operations
