A CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph Location: Linthicum, MD Salary Information: 122K - 208K Compensation and labor categories are defined in accordance with program requirements and government guidelines. Salary within the posted range is determined based on an individual’s experience, education, certifications, and overall qualifications, and may be further adjusted based on benefit selections. We are seeking a Systems Engineer with strong project management expertise to lead the design, integration, and execution of end-to-end data flows in support of the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) Technical Task Order (TTO). This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless data movement across systems, aligning technical solutions with mission objectives, and driving projects from concept through delivery with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements

Ten (10) years’ experience as a System Administrator on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL/AL2023)
AWS Expertise: Proven experience managing AWS environments
Data Flow Knowledge: Direct experience configuring and monitoring Apache Nifi or similar ETL/orchestration tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

Nice To Haves

Experience with Infrastructures code(Terraform or CloudFormation)
Knowledge of containerization(Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with accreditation, ATO, SSP Maintenance
CI/CD(Git) and Jira/confluence for ticket tracking/documentation
AWS Certified Devops Engineer-Professional, AWS Certified Cloud Ops Engineer Associate, or RHCSA Certifications
Four (5) years of additional System Administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
