About The Position

Develop, manage and optimize reports and dashboards within Salesforce to support AGWM Advancement leadership in strategic decision-making. Manage the CRM database in ways that facilitate greater fundraising results. Responsible for the management of Salesforce, our donor database, and corresponding programs such as Donor Search. Supervises data entry associates and oversees gift entry. May assist with the processing of more complex gifts like stock gifts and gifts-in-kind as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree required
• Minimum two years fundraising experience needed
• Supervision experience
• PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce)
• Data entry
• Customer Service
• General Office Skills
