The System Vice President, Orthopedics and Neurosciences Service Lines – Administrator serves as the senior administrative authority for Orthopedics and Neurosciences across CommonSpirit Health. This administrative executive provides strategic leadership and direction for the Service Line, ensuring alignment with system-wide goals for quality, safety, and performance. In partnership with the System VP, Service Line Physician Leader, this dyad leadership role guides the development and execution of integrated, multidisciplinary care strategies. Together, they champion the adoption of evidence-based clinical standards, drive performance improvement initiatives, and work to reduce patient harm, optimize resource utilization, and eliminate unwarranted variation in care. Their efforts are focused on enhancing clinical outcomes, improving care coordination, and elevating the patient and caregiver experience. As a key member of the CommonSpirit Health clinical leadership team, the System VP, Service Line Administrator collaborates with executive leaders across the organization to shape and implement system and local strategies. This role plays a critical part in advancing the transformation to a unified clinical enterprise, fostering physician alignment, and achieving goals related to patient experience, employee engagement, and financial performance.
