About The Position

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) has an opening for a Test Engineer with Automated Test Equipment design experience. Our team is responsible for designing, integrating, and ensuring the seamless operation of test systems, and you will play a key role in providing technical support, test equipment improvements, and troubleshooting expertise. As the ATE Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing test consoles, interface test adapters (ITAs), test cables, and test fixtures. You will be architecting software and writing source code. You will be hands-on integrating the test system hardware, software, and device under test (DUT), then performing verification and validation of the test system. You will work with a range of technologies, including TestStand®, LabVIEW®, and programming tools to control signal generation and measurement tools, conduct Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), and functional testing. We're looking for highly skilled and motivated Test Engineers to join our team. If you have a strong background in Electrical, Computer, or Computer Science Engineering, we encourage you to apply. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related STEM degree and 3+ years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience designing or supporting Automated Test Equipment (ATE) hardware.
  • Experience writing or supporting Automated Test Equipment (ATE) software.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient with National Instruments LabVIEW and TestStand.
  • Experience with Verification and Validation of test equipment.
  • Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities
