About The Position

The Switching Operations Supervisor directly manages site-level workgroups to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality daily operations. This role enforces procedures, safety policies, and work instructions to maintain compliance and operational consistency. The supervisor monitors team productivity and performance, providing coaching and corrective action as needed. They coordinate labor, equipment, and scheduling to meet customer and production requirements, while maintaining communication with leadership and other departments to support operational goals. A key aspect of this role is promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement among team members. This position requires the ability to speak, write, and read fluent English, and to have good hearing and vision. Regular on-site attendance and punctuality are mandatory. The role involves working outside in environmental conditions that can include extreme heat or cold, and may involve protected and monitored exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, or other environmental conditions typical of an industrial facility. The individual must be able to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without restriction and pass any associated medical examinations. Requirements

• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Hear and have good vision

• Work may involve protected and monitored exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, or other environmental conditions typical of an industrial facility
