Youth Villages has been transforming lives for over 35 years, offering innovative, research-based programs focused on preserving and restoring families. As a national leader in children’s mental and behavioral health, we serve over 47,000 youth and families annually across 29 states and Washington, D.C. Our proven treatment models ensure long-term success in child welfare, juvenile justice, and mental health systems. We are seeking purpose-driven individuals passionate about making a difference. With over 5,000 staff, Youth Villages is committed to employee growth and development, offering opportunities for fulfilling careers through professional development, personal growth, and a mission that matters. The Memphis Allies program, launched by Youth Villages, is a collaborative initiative aimed at reducing gun violence and building safer neighborhoods in Memphis. It unites community groups, organizations, and local resources to expand opportunities and address the root causes of violence. The Support with Intent To Create Hope (SWITCH) model is central to this effort, combining street outreach, life coaching, intensive clinical services, and case management. Through SWITCH and SWITCH Youth, Memphis Allies staff identify, connect with, and support high-risk adults (19-30) and youth (12-19) involved in or at risk of gun violence. By meeting individuals where they are and providing consistent support, Memphis Allies strives to build stability, change lives, reduce gun violence, and strengthen communities.
