Switch Assembler - 1st Shift

The Switch Assembler is responsible for performing all assembly operations within the department after proper training. Must work closely with other team members and Group Leader to maintain work efficiency. Must be flexible in the performing various job functions. Requirements
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Corporate Sponsorship
- Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Greenwood, South Carolina – no relocation will be provided for this role.

- 1 year manufacturing experience
Responsibilities
- Perform machine set-ups for various switch configurations and properly operate all machines within department to ensure quality product
- Check specifications and required drawings for proper assembly and ensure compliance to Quality procedures
- Follow standard work, move and load materials needed to build switches
- Transition to various workstations and help others as needed to meet department productivity goals
- Work safely to prevent work injuries by following standard safety procedures
