About The Position

Make precision that matters Step into a shift where your setups and measurements directly shape medical implants. We will train motivated operators who are ready to grow on Star Swiss-type lathes and master tight-tolerance work. A day in the role You begin at your Star CNC Swiss machine: verify tools, load material, call up the program, and complete first-piece verification. Through the day you make fine offset tweaks, perform tool changes, and document each run while partnering with engineering and quality to refine cycle times and surface finishes. You finish by completing P.M. tasks and leaving a spotless, 5S-aligned workstation. What you’ll handle Independently set up, run, and troubleshoot Star CNC Swiss machines to produce precision medical implants.
