Provide an observable deterrent to criminal activity within their span of control. This role involves providing designated escort activities related to the protection of patrons, employees, and property. The Security Officer will observe and report violations of regulatory, internal control, or company-sponsored policies and procedures. They will also provide professional interaction and cooperation with internal and external agencies, maintain compliance with all applicable policies, and serve as an informational resource for patrons and employees. A leadership role in employee and guest relations, professional appearance, and maintaining logs are also key aspects of this position. Continuous patrol activities are expected to identify issues requiring a security presence. The role includes performing escort duties, assisting law enforcement agencies, conducting crowd control, and completing accident and incident reports accurately and professionally.
