About The Position

Help families in crisis and cultivate hope by joining the Oxbow Academy team. Oxbow Academy provides specialized treatment for families in crisis whose sons struggle with sexual compulsiveness, often stemming from sexual abuse or trauma. These issues can lead to anxiety and shame. The goal is to provide hope, rebuild trust, and help young men and their families move forward. As the Program Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the program, managing staff, students, parents, and financial matters. Your attention to detail and collaborative approach will contribute to the flourishing of Oxbow Academy, its staff, and its students, ultimately providing hope and safety for families and enabling healing for their sons.

Requirements

21+ years of age
Able to pass criminal investigation background check
Able to pass motor vehicle record check (if applicable)
Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment)
1st Aid & CPR certified (we may provide)
Crises Intervention certified (we provide)

Responsibilities

Manage staff
Manage students
Form healthy relationships with each student
Manage money
Manage parents
Ensure parents are updated on their sons' progress
Ensure parents are satisfied with their sons' treatment
Answer questions and address concerns parents may have
