About The Position

Swing Shift Freight Clerks are responsible for unloading freight, organizing inventory, stocking merchandise, and preparing the sales floor for the next business day. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, safety, and attention to detail. Team members work both independently and collaboratively to complete nightly freight goals.

Requirements

• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move merchandise throughout the shift.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a cashier, sales associate, bagger, warehouse worker, or other retail positions.
• Prior experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise.
• Safely unloading delivery trucks.
• Moving merchandise throughout the store.
• Stocking shelves.
• Maintaining an organized backroom.
• Ensuring products are accurately placed and displayed.
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, safety, and attention to detail.
• Completing nightly freight goals both independently and collaboratively.
