Swine Resource Representative
About The Position
PIPESTONE is looking for a driven, detail-oriented, people-focused Swine Resource Representative to support their mission of delivering exceptional service to swine producers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building lasting client relationships. The position involves working directly with swine producers to provide product support and industry expertise, delivering economically smart solutions, coordinating product and supply deliveries, and building strong client relationships. The representative will also provide accurate, detail-focused service, lead projects, collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, offer livestock industry and supply chain knowledge, support team communication, and assist in the warehouse with picking, packing, and shipping orders when needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Animal Science or a related field preferred (relevant experience will also be considered)
- 2+ years in agriculture or customer-focused roles preferred
- Ability to sit 8–10 hours per day
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to participate in meetings as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
