About The Position
We are a growing YMCA team that has been established for the past 3 years. This year, we will also be a USA Swimming team and will compete in both YMCA and USA Swimming sanctioned meets. This position requires some weekend availability due to the swim meet schedule, which will be provided at the interview.
Requirements
- Availability for evening shifts (Tues & Thurs 5:30-7 PM for Coach 1, or Mon, Wed, Fri 5:30-7 PM for Coach 2).
- Availability for some weekends due to swim meet schedules.
Responsibilities
- Coaching swim team practices.
- Competing in YMCA and USA Swimming sanctioned meets.
