About The Position
The YMCA of Middle TN is looking for a Swim Team Coach who’s ready to lead, motivate, and make waves in the lives of our swim team participants. As a Swim Team Coach, you’ll guide swimmers through practices, provide feedback, and ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment. Plus, you’ll be our go-to for organizing swim meets and building strong relationships with participants and parents.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- Proficiency in all four competitive strokes
- CPR Pro/AED/First Aid (within 30 days of hire)
- YMCA Principles of Competitive Swimming and Diving (within 90 days)
- USA Swim Coaching membership (within one year)
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Coaching and team admin experience
