Requirements
- High school diploma
- Solid competitive swimming background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with training software or tools
Responsibilities
- Coaching, training, and conditioning swim team members.
- Guiding swimmers through critical techniques.
- Enforcing all rules set forth by the YMCA of Greater Toledo.
- Maintaining a safe and competitive atmosphere.
- Classifying swimmers and assigning them to appropriate events during meets.
