Requirements

High school diploma required.
Solid competitive swimming background.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Familiarity with training software or tools can enhance your coaching strategies.

Coaching, training, and conditioning talented swim team members.
Guiding swimmers through critical techniques, ensuring they thrive in a supportive environment.
Enforcing all rules set forth by the YMCA of Greater Toledo.
Maintaining a safe and competitive atmosphere.
Classifying swimmers and assigning them to appropriate events during meets.
