About The Position

Position with a Purpose: At Foss Swim School (FOSS), Swim Instructors (actual title is Swim Teacher) are more than instructors — they are mentors, educators, and trusted leaders who help students build confidence and life-long safety skills in and around the water. Whether you are beginning your teaching journey or looking to grow within aquatics, FOSS is looking for Swim Teachers who want to grow their skills, build lasting relationships with students and families, and become trusted professionals in the water. If you are energized by teaching, connection, and continuous growth, FOSS offers training, support, and long-term opportunity to help you thrive. A Role Built on Relationships: Our Swim Teachers do more than lead lessons. They build trust with students, encourage progress, and create consistency that families count on. We value team members who want to stay, develop their skills, and become a familiar, encouraging presence for swimmers over time. At FOSS, long-term commitment matters because relationships are at the heart of how students grow.
