Requirements
- A happy, energetic team member who loves working with children and supporting families with kindness and patience.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods while supervising pool operations and assisting staff or swimmers, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 75 pounds when necessary.
Nice To Haves
- Red Cross CPR/AED certification
- Previous swim instruction experience
Responsibilities
- Responsible for observing and patrolling the pool area, maintain safety
- Check-in families and direct children to their instructors
- Assist swimmers and instructors from the deck as needed
