Work closely with the location owner to set up and maintain location policies and procedures within the Streamline Brands Franchise structure Maintain staff by recruiting, hiring, orienting, scheduling, and training employees Maintain quality customer service by enforcing high customer service standards amongst all employees Manage employee policies and procedures, payroll, and employee benefits Responsible for location retail including managing inventory levels, ordering, and sales Responsible for Social Media/Local Area Marketing and

Requirements

  • 2 years of management experience in customer service
  • Extensive experience with computer scheduling software
  • A Team-driven leader: cares about staff and leads with the intent to build up the whole team
  • Flexible schedule: will be required to work some evenings and weekends
  • Current Red Cross Lifeguard or equivalent
  • CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for Adult, Child certification
  • Lifeguard and Lifeguard Instructor certified

Nice To Haves

  • Swim Lesson and/or competitive swimming experience: knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progression
  • Experience with Mindbody scheduling software
  • WSI - Water Safety Instructor certification, a big plus
