About The Position
Plan and teach swim lessons according to established curriculum. Instruct water safety skills and proper swimming technique. Evaluate participants and provide encouragement and constructive feedback. Maintain a safe and positive learning environment. Complete required documentation of attendance and skill progress.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with children of varying abilities

- Lifeguard certification preferred
