Swim Lesson Instructor
About The Position
We are looking for individuals, age 15+ to serve as swim instructors or aides. As a swim instructor or aide you develop important skills such as communication, leadership and responsibility that will serve you for a lifetime! You will provide a safe environment that allows members and participants to learn to swim, encourage and support students to provide an enjoyable aquatics experience, evaluate swimming skills, complete progress reports for each session, and complete communications for parents. You will also participate as a part of the aquatics staff team in providing a safe and enjoyable environment and attend staff meetings and trainings as required. Requirements
- Age 15+
- Experience with kids and passionate about teaching children to swim
- Ability to pass American Red Cross CPR Certification
- Ability to complete and pass our in-water skills assessment
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe environment that allows members and participants to learn to swim
