About The Position

Here at Big Blue Swim School, we care about creating big moments for our students, families and team members. Our team members change lives every day by helping students reach their full potential. We provide training in a welcoming and supportive environment to ensure our teachers can give great lessons for all students! Requirements

• Enjoys having fun and working with children
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Willing to work in a team environment and show passion for the Big Blue Swim School Mission
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to work in the water for at least 25 hours per week
• Ability to work at evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Previous swimming experience not required

• Teach safe, fun and effective swim lessons.
