Requirements
- Previous swim instruction is preferred but we are happy to train you
- WSI certification preferred
- Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant preferred but we will help you get certified in 60 days of hire

Our small team requires consistent attendance to scheduled shifts is expected and I want to be upfront about this as dependability is one of the most important factors in long-term success on our team.
Nice To Haves
- Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers age 6 months to 10 years and Special Needs.
Responsibilities
- The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, positive manner
- Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts
- Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills
- Ensure swimmer safety
