About The Position

Requirements

• CPR-PR/AED and First Aid certification (adult, child, infant).
• Lifeguard certification.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work some days in the morning (Tuesday and/or Sunday).

Nice To Haves

• Prior teaching, coaching, or childcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons following the SafeSplash® curriculum in a positive and engaging way.
• Work with swimmers of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
• Provide feedback to help students improve and gain confidence.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Communicate with families about student progress.
