Goldfish Swim School - Spring is a learn-to-swim facility for kids ages 4 months to 12 years. Our proven confidence-building curriculum promotes a love of swimming and teaches children to be safer in and around the water.
Requirements
- Strong swimming skills and ability to pass a swim test
- Comfort working with children in a pool environment
- Basic knowledge of water safety principles
- Willingness to be trained in the Goldfish Swim School curriculum
- Patient and encouraging with young learners
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
- Enthusiastic and energetic
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Team player willing to help others
Responsibilities
- Teach swimmers water safety and technique in accordance to our proprietary curriculum
- Provide positive reinforcement to swimmers
- Communicate to parents on swimmers progress
