About The Position

Aqua-Tots Swim School is seeking an energetic Swim Instructor with a sincere love of children and swimming. As a Swim Instructor, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of children by teaching them how to swim in a fun and safe environment. This position is Onsite, allowing you to work directly with our students at our state-of-the-art facility. The starting pay is $15.50+/Hour. We are looking to fill this position ASAP, and the hiring process can take less than 1 week.

Requirements

• Energetic with a sincere love of children and swimming

• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30 am-3 pm (Saturday or Sunday)

Nice To Haves

• No experience needed (indoor coaching and training provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all the safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures
• Attend monthly in-service training
• Track student swim progression throughout the levels
• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
• Teach 8 or 9 classes back to back during 4-6 hour shifts
• Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels
• Help students develop their water safety skills and enhance their swimming abilities
• Create and implement lesson plans
• Conduct group and individual lessons
• Provide constructive feedback to students and their parents
• Ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area
• Maintain a clean and organized teaching environment
