About The Position

Aqua-Tots Swim School is seeking an energetic Swim Instructor with a sincere love of children and swimming. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact by teaching children to swim in a fun and safe environment. The position is onsite at a state-of-the-art facility, with a starting pay of $18.50+/Hour. The hiring process is quick, often taking less than a week. Aqua-Tots Swim School specializes in teaching children to swim from day one using a proprietary curriculum in 91-degree water and full-sized pools, aiming to develop confident, life-long swimmers.

Requirements

• Energetic with a sincere love of children and swimming
• Passion for swimming

• Ability to work well with children
• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30 am-3 pm (Saturday or Sunday)

• No experience needed (indoor coaching and training provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all the safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures
• Attend monthly in-service training
• Track student swim progression throughout the levels
• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
• Teach 8 or 9 classes back to back during 4-6 hour shifts
• Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels
• Help students develop water safety skills and enhance swimming abilities
• Create and implement lesson plans
• Conduct group and individual lessons
• Provide constructive feedback to students and their parents
• Ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area
• Maintain a clean and organized teaching environment
