Weekday Swim Instructor - Paid Training
About The Position
Goldfish Swim School is hiring Swim Instructors to teach children water safety and swimming skills in a fun, encouraging environment. No prior swim teaching experience is required; the school provides paid training and support. The role involves working in and around a warm, humid indoor pool and offers consistent shifts without late nights or work to take home. Candidates must be at least 16 years old by their start date, available for at least two shifts per week, able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule, successfully complete a background check, and be willing to learn and follow swim instruction and safety procedures.

- Must be comfortable working in and around water.

Responsibilities
- Teach swim lessons using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
- Encourage and celebrate students as they learn new skills.
- Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress.
