About The Position

The Childhood Drowning Prevention Foundation exists to ensure that childhood drowning never happens to another family. They deliver over 800 private swim lessons a month across two locations, teaching children water safety skills that save lives. Drowning is the leading cause of death for children under 5. This role is a mission-driven position focused on saving children's lives through swim instruction and supporting the foundation's operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, coachable, emotionally mature, full of initiative, and passionate about the mission.

Responsibilities

  • Teaching 1:1 private swim lessons (ages 0 and up)
  • Answering phones and supporting client scheduling
  • Handling front desk and check-in operations
  • Supporting the Founder and leadership directly
  • Keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly
