Swim Instructor and Adaptive Swim Instructor
About The Position
LowCountry Swim School is growing and hiring Part-Time & Full-Time Swim Instructors who are dependable, energetic, and passionate about making a difference. We also have opportunities for instructors interested in working with our Special Needs & Adaptive Swim Program. LowCountry Swim School (LCSS) teaches swimmers of all ages and abilities to swim safely, confidently, and skillfully. We offer youth lessons, adult stroke clinics, competitive swim training, and specialized Adaptive Swim programs for individuals with disabilities. Our certified instructors focus on safety, technique, and confidence, helping every swimmer achieve their goals in a supportive, fun environment.
Requirements
- Must have an aquatic/swimming background
- Experience working with children and/or adults
- Positive, dependable & professional
- Patient, energetic & encouraging
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for teaching life-saving swim and water safety skills
Nice To Haves
- Special Needs or Adaptive experience is a plus
- Special Needs & Adaptive Swim Training
