About The Position
Foss Swim School is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Swim Coaches/Instructors. This role is ideal for those who love working with children and are looking for a rewarding career where they can make a lasting impact. The school provides paid training, so no prior teaching experience is required. As a Swim Teacher, you will help children develop confidence and essential water safety skills. The position offers a supportive team environment for energetic, patient, dependable, and passionate individuals.
Requirements
- Are 18+ years old
- Love working with kids
- Bring positive energy, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
- Are comfortable working in the water for several hours.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in childcare, coaching, education, camps, customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, or similar roles is a plus—but not required.
Responsibilities
- Teach small classes of 1–4 students using our curriculum.
- Help kids gain confidence and life-saving water safety skills.
- Encourage progress, celebrate milestones, and build lasting relationships with students and families.
