About The Position
BASIS Phoenix is seeking qualified candidates for a High School Swim Coach to join our bright, passionate team! This is part of an auxiliary program and is not a full-time position. BASIS Ed offers a competitive hourly pay for this position.
Requirements
- HS diploma
- Previous coaching experience
- Experience working with young athletes
- Ability to demonstrate swimming skills effectively
- Experience in swimming at a competitive level
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's preferred
- Collegiate student-athlete experience
Responsibilities
- Effectively teaching young athletes the fundamentals of swimming
- Creating and implementing drills to help build foundational skills
- Coaching students through best practices in sportsmanship
- Attending all practices and meets
